FAQ's

Important Information

a. We require at least one-week advance notice, with a 2-3 day window for pickup.

a. 7-10 days on average.

a. Yes, we keep updated cargo insurance on all of our subcontracted carriers. There is no deductible to the customer.

a. No, but we do ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you decide to cancel.

a. The only time there would be additional charges are for the following circumstances:

  • i. Vehicles that are inoperable at pickup or become inoperable during transport
  • ii. If there is freight in the vehicle that we are not informed of at the time of booking (such as personal items left in vehicles)
  • iii. If there is a down-time for the driver for a scheduled pickup or delivery - More than one hour in delays which causes the driver to be late to their next job

a. First, go to www.safersys.org and then enter their MC# (ours is 274351) for a complete history of their licensing and insurance.

a. Please make a note of any and all damages or issues with your delivery. It must be noted immediately at the delivery. Carrier liability is void once the delivery is signed for and completed.

b. Please call our office immediately to let us know if there are any issues with the delivery or damages to your vehicle.
